Id Kah Mosque
The Id Kah Mosque is a well-known mosque located in Kashgar, Xinjiang, China. As one of the largest mosque in China, Id Kah Mosque can house nearly 10,000 worshippers every day.
The mosque was firstly built by Shakesimirzha in 1422 and rebuilt many times in the history. Covering 16,800 square meters. it is at the center of old town of Kashgar with typical Uyghur architectural style. Uyghurs come here to pray five time every day, and it is not opened while praying.
Entrance fee is CNY20 and free of charge for Muslim.
