PRI 3-Day Tour from Shanghai to Mt Huangshan, Xidi & Hongcun Villages by Train

Catch the 2.5-hour bullet train to Huangshan from Shanghai in the morning. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the entrance of Mt Huangshan(Yellow Mountain). Then you will take a cable car uphill and start hiking to the hotel on the mountain. Enjoy the fantastic views on the way.

You can get up early to view the sun rising if the weather is good. Afterwards, you will hike around the Mt Huangshan. You guide will offer you the map and take you to hike around enjoying the mountain views with pines, fog and rocks that are the popular sceneries in the Mt. Huangshan. 

Later, hike downhill to catch the cable car to the exit.

Then you will be transferred to Hongcun village. The village has well-preserved traditional local architectural buildings, bridges, pool etc. that look particularly beautiful at night.

After hotel breakfast, you will explore the Hongcun Village and Xidi villages to learn the history and architecture about Anhui Style with your local guide. Both Xidi and Hongcun villages are the world cultural heritages with different styles. It is a wonderful experience to climb up the nearby hill to have bird view of the entire Xidi Village.

Later, you will be transferred back to Huangshan railway station to catch the 2.5-hour bullet train back to Shanghai in the afternoon. The tour concludes.
